1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") explains how SafeHer, Inc. ("Fuzzy," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the Fuzzy Verify website at www.fuzzyverify.com, the Fuzzy Verify mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Product Model Covered by This Policy

The current version of Fuzzy Verify is focused on user-consented identity verification, verified profiles, badge issuance, badge scanning or sharing, and related account features that make proof of human portable for safer online interactions. The current app version is not a people-search, public-record lookup, or third-party dossier product. It does not provide third-party data about other individuals to users. If the product later adds materially different features, this Policy should be updated before those features go live.

3. Information We Collect

Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, username, password, and profile preferences.

Verification information, such as government-issued ID details, selfie or liveness capture, profile images, date of birth, address, and related verification outputs or metadata.

Profile and badge information, such as verified profile fields, display settings, privacy choices, badge status, verification date, expiration date, and re-verification history.

Payment and transaction information, if paid features are offered, such as purchase records, subscription status, and billing metadata. Payment card processing may be handled by Apple or other payment processors rather than directly by us.

Device, usage, and technical information, such as IP address, device identifiers, app version, browser type, operating system, diagnostic logs, crash data, and interaction data.

Communications and support information, such as requests, feedback, survey responses, and correspondence you send to us.

Service-operational information generated through your use of the Services, including verification status, fraud-prevention signals, audit records, support or security metadata created to operate the platform, and verification outputs or response data returned through Incode-enabled workflows.

4. Information We Do Not Describe the Current App as Collecting for User Search Results

In the current app version, we do not collect, aggregate, or provide broad third-party public-record, people-search, or dossier-style data about other individuals for user-facing search reports. The Fuzzy Verify app is limited to verified unique humans and portable proof of human for safer online interactions. If that product model changes, this Policy may need to change as well before public release.

5. How We Collect Information

Directly from you when you register, verify your identity, complete profile fields, upload images, communicate with us, or use the Services.

Automatically through cookies, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies when you access or use the Services.

From providers that help us operate the Services, including identity verification providers like Incode and providers supporting hosting, analytics, security, customer support, or payments.

From app-store or authentication providers when relevant to sign-in, subscription, or device-level transactions.

6. How We Use Information

To create, manage, and secure user accounts and profiles.

To perform identity verification, liveness checks, badge issuance, badge status management, and re-verification workflows.

To provide, operate, maintain, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

To communicate with you about account activity, verification results, support requests, updates, legal notices, and service announcements.

To detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, abuse, impersonation, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.

To process payments, subscriptions, or transaction records if paid features are offered.

To satisfy contractual, legal, regulatory, audit, and compliance obligations.

To generate aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized analytics, trends, and service insights where permitted by law.

7. Verification Processing

If you use identity verification features, we may provide the information you submit, such as identity documents, selfies, liveness captures, and related verification metadata, to identity verification providers like Incode so that verification, liveness, anti-fraud, and related checks can be performed. We may receive verification outputs, status results, and related metadata from identity verification providers like Incode and use those results to determine badge status, profile status, re-verification needs, fraud risk, and service eligibility. The current app iteration does not provide third-party data about other individuals to users.

8. How We Share Information

With providers that perform services for us, including identity verification, hosting, analytics, payments, customer support, and security or fraud-prevention support.

With other users or the public when you choose to publish or share a verified profile, badge, or related public-facing verification feature.

With corporate affiliates, advisers, auditors, investors, acquirers, or successors in connection with corporate transactions or diligence, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other third parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, property, platform integrity, or compliance interests.

In aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized form where such information no longer reasonably identifies you.

9. Public and Shared Profile Information

If the Services allow a user to display a verified badge or public-facing verified profile, the information shown may be visible to other users or to members of the public who access the badge or profile through permitted links, scans, or in-app views. The exact fields displayed should match the user-facing product design and privacy controls and may include a name, profile image, verification indicator, and verification date or status.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, log files, pixels, and similar technologies to remember user settings, authenticate sessions, analyze traffic and performance, prevent fraud, and support the operation of the Services.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, manage verification status, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse. Different categories of data may be retained for different periods, including retention periods disclosed in verification flows, biometric notices, or other applicable privacy notices.

12. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your Rights and Choices

You may be able to access, update, or correct certain account or profile information through the app or by contacting us.

You may request account deletion, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.

You may manage some profile visibility or privacy settings directly in the app if those controls are offered.

If marketing communications are sent, you may opt out using the unsubscribe method in those messages or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, appeal, or limit certain processing of your personal information under applicable privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

14. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have statutory rights to access, delete, correct, or appeal decisions about certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising or sales/sharing. 15. Sensitive Information and Biometrics

Identity verification may involve sensitive personal information, including government ID information, selfie or liveness capture, and potentially biometric or biometric-derived information you submit in order to verify identity. We and, where applicable, identity verification providers like Incode use that information only for permitted verification, security, fraud-prevention, compliance, and related service-operation purposes, or as otherwise allowed by law and consent. Users should be presented with any required biometric notice, consent statement, retention or destruction disclosure, and applicable identity verification providers like Incode's privacy or biometric notice in the verification flow.

16. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children, and users must be at least 18 years old to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 in connection with the Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you may NOT use the Services.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
